A man that kills a 16 year old by hitting him with a car while under the influence of alcohol, pleads not guilty. Says he is suffering from memory loss, gets his trial put back a few months so that he can get tests done, to see really if hes suffering from memory loss. His test were negative, he got 6 months, £300 fine and 6 points on his license.
